Thrushkit sat tearing up a leaf that had fallen to his paws. He stared at the pieces. It reminded him of how simple life could be and yet how cruel it could become. Life was sometimes as easy as tearing up a leaf. But trying to put those pieces together again was a different story. It was impossible, just as life was too difficult at times. Another leaf landed at his paws. He didn't tear it up. The unharmed leaf represented the choice all cats make in their lives. It is up to them to keep their lives on track. In short, the choices one makes dictates the life they will have. Thrushkit had barely scraped the surface of life. He still had those choices to make. The question was: Can he make the right ones?

Small, gray white wolf paws pounded on the forest floor. The attacker was a much larger fox. She was Sunny from BranchClan. She barked, "Come back, thief!" The tiny wolf looked back in fear, and crashed into some bushes. The bushes lead to the BranchClan camp, where Sunny barreled into the wolf. Sunny twisted the wolf pup so she was on her back. Sunny barked, "Midstar, come hither! ((XD)) We have a intruder!" The wolf pup whimpered.

Along the border there was a quiet commotion in some brambles. Sunleaf was waiting just beyond the scent marks for a patrol, that one blessed patrol, with Stone. She missed him desperately. She had been so alone lately. Shimmerpaw and Silverpaw, plotting in SightClan. And only the deceased for company. It was depressing, and it got to you sometimes. But if she could only have this one meeting with him, the one who she knew somehow would not chase her away or tell her she was wicked and to leave, her sanity may be preserved.

Bellestar saw Silverpaw take in mouse for the queens, she was the size of a warrior and yet she was still an apprentice. Bellestar blinked. Hadn't she been made a warrior? Everything had slowed down since Rubystream's death. She decided it was time. Time for promotion. Time for new warriros to arise. She bounced up to the Gathering tree and shimmied her up to the branches. She stepped out and walked across the branch. She heard the leaves rustle. She sighed.She had hoped they could skip leaf fall and leaf bare all together, but that wish was too good to be true. "Any cat who can catch their own prey please gather beneath the gatehring tree for a meeting." She waited anxiously.

A small, golden-furred kit laid sleeping in the Medicine Den. His velvety ears were tipped with snowy white wisps, and his face was framed perfectly. His fur was a golden color of the finest breed of tabbys, and his eye-lids covered two brilliantly bright aqua-green eyes. His small body was soft-muscled and had soft, light-orange tabby markings. His soft golden kit-fur was flowing in a warm breeze that covered the camp underneath the stars. His head was neatly tucked on top of his snow dipped paws, and his white tail-tip covered his bright, pink nose. The stars above the camp shone brightly as ever, as if a star shower had occured. The handsome kit beared a haunting and unmistakeable reasemmblance to Aurous-star and Lucid. His kit-soft fur rose quickly and silently, for he had come a long way. The Planetary Prince, Angelicatekit, had arrived to NightClan.

Midstar slept in her den, snoring quietly. Her dreams had been interesting lately. She had been stuck in the dark, being attacked by cats. They growled and spat harsh words which echoed in her ears when she awoke. Today was no exception. She stood at the bottom of a tree and she overlooked a kit who was training. It then turned, its eyes were black. Midstar blinked in suprize, taking a step back. The kit's golden fur fell out, replaced with blackness. It began to run at her. The warrior's eyes opened wide and mouthed a silent scream, black fur seeping over its pelt like fire. The kit multipied into more warriors, their eyes like stars. They all snarled at the same time, "Kill the clan! Kill the clan!" and pounced on her. They ripped at her skin, their claws like fire, moving so fast taht Midstar could not see them. Following them the warriror had multiplied with shadowy warriors and they stalked towards her, vulgar words lashing out from their mouths. They pounced at her too, when the cool winds you normally felt at night whooshed over her. The pain increased. She shrieked, waking up. She breathed hard, looking around in a defensive position.
She opened her eyes wide, it was a word from StarCLan. NightCLan were going to attack and try to wipe them out. She bared her teeth. Her birth clan! Attacking BranchCLan? She thought they were close, but it was all a sharade. BranchCLan would go to war with NightCLan!

Ziggy padded among the grime, disgusting. So this is what I'm reduced to? Hunting rats? It's better than Dawnstar though. Anything, anything is better than having his freedom taken, being forced to worship deadheads, and being turned into a clan cat. So noble, so blinded by his own nobility. But how many followed me? He looked around and could sense cats crawling among the heaps, probably much like him. Cold, hungry and vengeful.

Sunleaf peered into the pool, her window into THEIR world. She wondered what would happen should she succeded, would the stars disappear? Would the Moonpool dry up? She didn't exactly want that, she just wanted revenge. For everything, everybody. Nobody seemed to realize she stood a chance. But she had the knight of the past on her side, on his inimical quest, unwilling to forget and unnable to forgive.
Ziggy and Vapor were there as well. She had talked to her uncle once about the situation, and he had agreed to help her if she would help rebuild BloodClan. She saw the deal as something she could do to defray part of her dues to he and to Silluna, and maybe even Lucid. She hoped there would be more. Maybe Shimmerkit and Silverkit would show up. Maybe even Starkit, if he began to see sense. Or some BloodClan warriors, rogues. They waited in silence.

Ziggy edged closer to Suavet, "They cared about you too," He murmured, not sure what else to say onthe issue.
Sunleaf's eyes flickered through the crowd, nodding politely at the group of apprentices. They knew where she was coming from, being underestimated because they are small, "Thank you all," She said to the throng, specifically the younger cats, "Know this: when the job is done, I will use all my recourses at hand to help you in return. I repay my debts," She looked specifically at Lucid and Silluna, lips twitching slightly into a smile.

Sootsky lay lazily at the edge of the pool, and sat up when he heard pawsteps. Two sets of pawsteps. Kpauy'n, his cousin, and Kyrie, the wolf. They had been together for so long, it might have looked like Kyrie was in love with Kpauy'n. But he had other feelings, feelings for Rubystream.
Sootsky got to his paws. "What are you doing here?" He asked casually, not like he would have asked a BranchClan intruder. The Hollow was a peaceful place. Kyrie sat down on Sootsky's right side. "Didn't you know?" She asked calmly, "There's a little picnic here for all the Hollow cats." In the center of the Hollow, was a large mound of prey. Some of it was Kpauy'n's and Kyrie's, the others were just there. "It took us most of the day to catch what we did." Kpauy'n hissed.
Cioclona and Meep were talking together about all they had to catch up on.
