The Deadlands
An endless land made of ashes and clouded skies, where the sun tries to shine, but the clouds hide it. Most cats whose spirits have been broken, even though their body still lives, come here. But some other cats who have different kinds of power, like Silluna, come here. If you are killed here, you go to the Dark Forest.

Lucidscream padded through the dreams of ordinary cats, looking for someone in particular. Bellesong. She found her wrapped in a small mossy nest. "Bellesong." She mewed gently, rasping her tounge against her ear. "It's time to go. It's Autumndapple. I'm going to take you somewhere." She murmured in a velvety voice.

Bella woke up, laying down in soft gray stuff. She picked some up with her paw and it filtered in between her claws. She looked around. Why was it so dark? The brown she-cat leapt to her paws. Why was she here, in this such odd place?
Bella looked at the clouds. They blocked the sun every second she looked at them. Usually they cleared after five seconds or so, not after a million moons! Where am I, she thought. |
